This Privacy Policy explains how MonmouthFlow ("MonmouthFlow," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data as an independent business. MonmouthFlow Yoga + Wellness is operated by Yoga of Monmouth Atlantic LLC, an independent studio located at 100 Shrewsbury Plaza, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702.
Introduction
MonmouthFlow is an independent business. We provide yoga, movement, and wellness studio services directly to our clients, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard the personal data we obtain through your use of our website (monmouthflow.com), our mobile application(s), and any other online or, where required, offline services (collectively, the "Site" and "Services").
We are not a franchisee or franchisor of any other brand, and we do not share your personal data with any other studio, brand, or network. All personal data we collect is retained and processed solely by MonmouthFlow, as described in this Privacy Policy.
From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy. If we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as a statement on our homepage or a direct notification. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically.

- Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data from you through your use of the Site and Services. Personal data is information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable individual.
Personal Data You Provide. Depending on how you interact with our Site and Services, we collect the following personal data that you voluntarily provide to us:
Account and Referral Program. If you create an account and sign up for our referral program, you will provide your name, email address, telephone number, and date of birth. When you sign into your account, you will provide your email address and password. When you sign up for your first class with us, you will sign a liability waiver electronically, and we will collect your signature.
Make a Purchase. If you make a purchase, you will provide your email address and payment information. You may also provide your name and password. If you purchase a gift card, you will also provide the recipient's email address.
New-Client Intro Offer. If you sign up for our new-client intro offer, you will provide your name, email address, and telephone number.
Sign Up for Email. If you sign up to receive emails from us, you will provide your email address.
Refer a Friend. If you refer a friend, you will provide your name, email address, telephone number, and your friend's name, email address, and telephone number.
Careers. If you apply for a job with us, you will provide your name, email address, telephone number, physical address, employment information, signature, and any other information in your application.
Contact Us. If you contact us, you will provide your name, email address, state of residence, and any information you choose to share. You may also provide your telephone number.
Personal Data as You Navigate Our Site. We automatically collect certain personal data through your use of our Site and our use of cookies and other tracking technologies, such as: Usage Information — the pages you access, how often you visit, and what you click on. Device Information — hardware model, operating system, application version, and browser. Mobile Device Information — aggregated information about whether you access the Site via a mobile device or tablet, device type, and carrier. Location Information — location information on a city-regional basis.
Personal Data We Collect About You from Other Sources. We may receive personal data about you from other sources, including government entities, advertising networks, data brokers, operating systems and platforms, mailing list providers, social networks, and advertising and marketing partners.
2. How We Use Your Personal Data

3. How We Share Your Personal Data
MonmouthFlow is an independent business. We do not share your personal data with any other studio, brand. All personal data we collect is used and retained by MonmouthFlow only, except as described below.
We may share the personal data we collect in the following ways: with vendors who perform data or Site-related services on our behalf (e.g., email, hosting, maintenance, backup, or analysis); to the extent required by law; with vendors to prepare, deploy, and analyze advertising content; with vendors to provide text messaging services, including customer service — however, no mobile information will be shared with any vendor or third party for their marketing or promotional purposes, and your opt-in and consent data will not be shared with vendors or third parties; in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings; to establish, exercise, or defend our or a third party's legal rights, including for fraud prevention; with any person we reasonably believe may apply to a court or other authority for disclosure of that personal data, where we reasonably believe such disclosure would likely be ordered; with any other person or entity as part of a business or asset sale, equity transaction, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding (or in preparation for one), and that person or entity may use your personal data for their own purposes; with any other person or entity where you consent to the disclosure; and for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the personal data, or for any other purpose we deem necessary, including to protect the health or safety of others.
We do not sell your personal data. No mobile information is shared with any service provider or third party for their marketing or promotional purposes, and your opt-in and consent data related to your mobile phone number is not shared with service providers or third parties.

4. Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms
Our website recognizes the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal. If your browser or a plug-in sends an opt-out preference signal to our website, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out. To download a browser supporting the GPC signal, visit globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. You will need to enable the GPC signal for each supported browser or extension you use.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is no uniform way that browsers communicate this signal, our Site does not currently interpret or respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
5. Security, Data Retention, and Third-Party Links
Security. We maintain commercially reasonable security measures to protect the personal data we collect and store from loss, misuse, destruction, or unauthorized access. However, no security measure or method of transmitting data over the internet is 100% secure. Although we use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention. We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it — such as to provide the services you requested — and to satisfy any legal, accounting, contractual, or reporting requirements that apply to us.
Third-Party Links. Our Site may contain links that let you leave the Site and access other websites. Linked websites are not under our control, and we accept no responsibility or liability for them.
6. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from children under 13.
7. Referral Program and Financial Incentives
We provide referral incentives and special offers to customers who participate in our referral program. We may also offer other program benefits (such as sweepstakes, contests, or promotional campaigns) to customers who sign up to participate or to receive communications from us by email. Personal data collected through our referral program and other financial incentives may include your name, email, date of birth, transaction information, information we generate or automatically collect, and other information that allows us to tailor communications and offers we think may interest you. We do not disclose your referral program information to third parties and do not have loyalty program partners.
How to Opt In and Right to Withdraw. Signing up for our referral program or other discounts is optional. You can sign up online or in our studio; please review the terms and conditions presented to you at sign-up. By providing your email address during a discount sign-up process, you affirmatively opt in to receiving the financial incentive and joining our mailing list. If you opt out of a financial incentive, we will not reduce the value of any incentive you previously received. You may withdraw from our referral program or any other financial incentive at any time by contacting us at flow@monmouthflow.com. If you request deletion of your account or personal data, we will no longer be able to provide the same benefits and promotions; we must retain the personal data you provide in order to deliver those benefits.
How the Financial Incentive Relates to the Value of Your Personal Data. The financial incentive or price difference we offer is reasonably related to the value provided by your personal data. We consider, among other things, the anticipated revenue generated from the information, the anticipated costs of collecting, storing, and using it, and the anticipated costs of offering and administering the incentive. Based on this analysis, the value of your personal data is reflected in the value of the offer itself.
8. Your State Privacy Rights and Additional Disclosures
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have certain privacy rights regarding your personal data. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, and other states have passed privacy laws. We use cookies and other tracking technologies to display advertisements about our products on nonaffiliated websites, applications, and online services. This is "targeted advertising" under applicable privacy laws. When we engage in this activity, we sell personal data (i.e., information from cookies) to third-party advertisers and analytics companies.

If legally required, we will comply with your request upon verifying your identity (and, where applicable, the identity of anyone on whose behalf you are making the request) by asking you to verify data points based on our records. If we refuse to act on your request, you may appeal through the same channels.

9. International Data Transfers and Accessibility
